Florence is Founder and Director of FLOCONSULT, a niche Change Leadership Coaching and Consulting company. She has over 25 years of experience in Management Consulting both independently and having worked for Deloitte, PwC, and IBM. Her field of specialisation is Change Leadership, Human Change Management and Organisational Design. She is a global keynote speaker on succeeding through adversity, how to thrive during change and is Change Management Faculty head for the NGO Whisperer global fellowship programme.
Florence is a Change Leadership Strategist, Facilitator, Specialising in User Adoption strategies and bringing back the basics of human interaction and values into Change Management. She is a Certified HCMBOK® and HCMP Global Facilitator and a Change Leadership Coach and holds a BSc (HONS) in Psychology. Florence is also a graduate of the Duke CE Excellence Programme and the Absa Executive Leadership Development Programme. She is currently working on her PowerMBA through The Power Business School (Spain).
Jerry Molefe

Jerry has held senior and executive roles in industries such as professional services, financial services, retail, manufacturing and mining and passenger transport in local and multinational organizations. Some of the companies he has worked for include Crown Cork, Woolworths, Institute for Security Studies, Afrox, Evraz Highveld Steel and Vanadium and Nissan SA. He has extensive expert knowledge in all areas of human capital and his passion is on human capital strategy, leadership development, employee engagement and organizational culture and development.
He holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from MANCOSA, a BCom Honours Degree (Industrial Psychology) from the University of Johannesburg, a B-Tech Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of South Africa, a Diploma in Human Resources Management, as well as a Leadership Development Program from Wits Business School.
Jerry is registered as a Master HR Professional with the South African Board for People Practices (SABPP). He is a well-known public speaker in the human capital space, and he has written several articles in leading HR and Leadership magazines. He is one of the mentors at the SABPP and the National Mentorship Movement (NMM). He is a registered member of the Institute of People Management (IPM).
